My websets are no longer authorized to be use with this program/hosting due to what I consider to be unethical practices by them. This has been ongoing and I am not the only one who has had issues where "being inspired by" has gone quite a few steps too far. I have tried to address this issue on several occasions after customers have brought it to my attention and have been met with denials. Lately I've been receiving a lot of emails pertaining to custom work, although I very much appreciate the inquiries, I am no longer doing custom web or printable graphics. Hopefully, if and when I ever get caught up, I will be doing more original exclusive and non-exclusive sets, small add-on graphics and clip art. I realize that some people come into my website on specific pages and so, do not see that message pertaining to custom, which is why I am posting it here. All new items will be featured here before going up on my website, so this is a good place to look if you are interested.

Also, Ann Bridges is doing a great job of turning my non-exclusive websets into very nice eBay templates. If you sell on eBay don't forget to check out the "Prim Value" sets and holiday/Christmas sets.

Wow, the time really flies in the spring, so much to do. It has been a while since I've added any new exclusive websets and that is next on the agenda. For anyone looking for new graphic packages, I have redone that area of my site and categorized everything. I hope to be adding a lot more packages but have been busy personalizing websets for my customers...honestly, there are not enough hours in a day...so if it seems like I'm slacking-lol-I'm not.

I have secured a separate URL for a future DoodleFairy website, just for individual graphics. This will include a downloader so you can claim your collections immediately. I will be transfering as soon as I feel my catalog is full enough to make for an interesting visit.

Here are some little-known facts about Christmas that you may find interesting.

1. The first Christmas tree ornaments were sold in 1880 by Woolworth's department store.

2. Construction workers first erected an undecorated tree at Rockefeller Center in NYC in the early 1930's starting the annual tradition.

3. Although sometimes construed as sacreligious, the shortened form "Xmas" is actually derived from Christ's name and has been popular in Europe since the 1500's. It is believed to be derived from the Greek word "Xristos" which means Christ.

4.The National Confectioners Assn. reports that for 200 years candy canes were solid white. In the 1950's an automated machine was invented that could put on the red stripes.

The idea of giving Christmas cards began in Britain in the 1830's.

Christmas celebrations were banned in Boston between 1659 and 1681. Those caught celebrating would be fined.

Just a note to let everyone who is waiting for web graphics and clip art that I am a little behind right now. I have had to add physical therapy(and lots of it!)and appointments to my schedule along with getting sets ready for those who have purchased them.
